The polypropylene unit of RASAPOWER  has the capacity to produce 300,000 tons per year and has the ability to produce all kinds of polypropylene grades. The value of this amount of production will be determined when it is said that the amount of propylene production in RASAPOWER  is equal to the total production of this product in four similar Iranian companies that were already in operation. RASAPOWER  is the first producer of PP HIFAX grade in Iran, this heterophase copolymer is widely used in the automotive industry. Other products of this unit are widely used in the production of pipes, textile fibers, household appliances, toys, electronic components, stationery, cable covers, nets and fishing equipment, furniture and thousands of other uses.

Unite Olefin

The unit of olefin in RASAPOWER  Co. has the production capacity of 1,100,000 tons of ethylene annually, considered one of the infrequent mega olefins which has come into operation in the world. This great unit plays a fundamental role in the conversion hydrocarbons into petrochemical and polymeric materials by producing 1,100,000 tons polymeric grid ethylene and 200,000 tons of propylene as its main products. This unit also produces other valuable byproducts such as pyrolysis gasoline, heavy, C3+, methane, hydrogen.

The design capacity of the unit licensed by Shell is 443 kilotons per year. The products of this unit are monoethylene glycol (MEG), diethylene glycol (DEG), triethylene glycol (TEG) and carbon dioxide (CO2).
